The ballast powers the lamp of a UV-C clarifier. When a new bulb does not turn on, the indicator light remains off, or the device trips the circuit breaker, the ballast or electronic head is often at fault.
This section offers the replacement electronic unit for Oase Vitronic 36 W, the 9 W ballast for Oase Filtoclear, replacement Oase UV-C units (7/9/11 W), and two Aquaforte ballasts compatible with several models in the EA and 4H ranges. To choose, note the brand, model, and power of your device (in watts): the ballast must match the lamp's power exactly.
Always cut the power supply before any maintenance and check the condition of the seal and quartz tube during replacement.
